OBRAS EN EL COLEGIO
WORKS AT SCHOOL

BRADLEY BUGLE - November 2007
¡Está Todo En Cuerdas!
Reported by: Laurel Stone
(Bradley School takes a ‘bow’ to good music)
Why are the dinner ladies rushing out to buy earplugs? Bradley School juniors of course! (Only joking, it’s not that bad really!) Building on their recent musical success, Bradley Primary School have been accepted on the Wider Opportunities Scheme. Two fab teachers (Becks and Ben) and twenty eight violins and cellos meant that the children (and Ms Osborne and Mrs Birkett) could start ‘fiddling’ with their instruments. These lucky seven to eleven year olds can now play a variety of tunes, including ‘Silent Night’ and ‘Jingle Bells’.
Parents are eagerly anticipating the 11th December when they will have the opportunity to see the novice orchestra perform, during a special assembly

It is the anniversary of her death. Jade died in 2006.
Reported by: Kallan Easton and Edward Thornhill
An endangered tiger cub could save his species from extinction. It is only 4 days old. He was born in China and bred in South Africa. The tiger is being fed on milk. Soon it will be put back in the zoo and it may save its species. There are 90 of them in South China, and there are only 60 of them in English zoos.
The mother tiger protects her cub and helps it to catch its prey. Eventually it will grow up to a strong fearsome tiger.
